Beverly Reedy on 2025-07-26 (5 stars): I used for a very long time and it helped my sore aching joints, but I had to stop because it was causing my blood pressure to go to low. I probably used too much of it because I loved the taste of it. I'm now 86 and still going strong and I'm going to start drinking the golden milk again because the joints are still sore, aching and stiff. I'm sure it will work again. I'll be more aware of the amount that I use. Thank you!
Sara A on 2025-07-13 (5 stars): Thank you for this. How often can I drink this to deal with an autoimmune disease?
Sharon Rempel on 2025-07-05 (5 stars): Delicious and comforting. I also have added a little fresh ground ginger
Kimberly Carpenter on 2025-06-20 (5 stars): Headed to give this recipe a try after 2 back fusions! Skeptical of course.
It's been over a month and I swear my back feels loose, flexible and I will continue to drink this nightly!
I make 6 cups at a time and it's perfect for the week.
Thank you for sharing this!
Carol on 2025-06-15 (5 stars): I was glad to see a recipe for Golden Milk. I had tried to add turmeric to my tea and it was a little hard on my stomach. So I decided to give it another go today. This will work I think! Looking forward to seeing what it does for me. Celiac, Hashimoto thyroid, rotator cuff, tendon issues. 😊

I drink honey mixed with turmeric powder but now on I shall try to mix cinnamon powder as mentioned you in the article. I like your blog and also prefer organic products.
