Denny on 2024-12-23 (5 stars): These were delicious! I substituted date syrup for honey/agave. I also stirred in a 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, and blended all the rest of the ingredients in my blender. Thanks for the recipe Elana!
Liz V. on 2023-05-29 (4 stars): I made according to recipe except used monk fruit instead of agave and I used a different almond flour. The pancakes were a total fail. No way I could flip them, as they were way too cake like and they burned easily.
Before throwing out the batter, I decided to try it in the waffle iron. HUGE SUCCESS there! Wow! These were the best waffles I’ve ever eaten in my life! Delicious! No need for syrup either!❤️
