Ginger Thyme Tea
This tea has an invigorating and refreshing herbal aroma. It can be enjoyed hot or cold and at any time of day. Serve it with a meal or on its own.

Ingredients
- 10 sprigs fresh thyme
- 20 grams fresh ginger (sliced (2-3 tablespoons))
- 4 cups water
Steps
- Bring the water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the thyme and ginger. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain. Serve immediately or allow to cool. Can be served chilled and/or iced.
