Jeffrey Harris Wilkins on 2025-09-03 (5 stars): Outstanding. Everyone agrees! Thank You
Deborah A Marcukaitis on 2025-08-31 (3 stars): I always use this rub, normally a reduce the pepper...today I did not and it was way to peppery...hard for people to eat. Next time I will reduce the pepper by half.
Winniebear on 2025-08-17 (5 stars): Thank you! This was excellent.

I used bone-in country style boston ribs cuz they were on sale, sooooo good!
Alain Theriault on 2025-07-16 (5 stars): Best rub ever.
bc on 2025-07-07 (4 stars): Are the rub ingredient amounts for 1 rack, 2, 3?
Robert Pevehouse on 2025-07-06 (5 stars): This is my go to recipe for rib rub! Absolutely love it. I do the 3-2-1 method for st. Louis style ribs. I have a question for you. When I pull and unwrap the ribs for the last 30 minutes to an hour, I see a lot of liquid (drippings) in the foil. Have you ever tried to make a bbq sauce from that liquid? It contains your rib rub, butter, brown sugar, honey, and a little apple juice.

Maria on 2025-07-05 (5 stars): Absoulutely delicious rub. Highly recommend. Baked the ribs at 300F for 4hrs wrapped in foil. Cranked up the heat to 400F, opened up the foil and baked them for another 30 min. My guests couldn't get enough. Thanks a bunch for the recipe.

Jim Dallas on 2025-07-05 (5 stars): I tried this rub on the 4th with my baby back ribs, and it was totally awesome! I have tried some commercial rubs, and I never really liked them. This one is far superior to anything else. I adjusted the amount of cayenne pepper to more, which gives a nice, real bite now.
