1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1 tsp everything bagel spice (or to taste)

Cook the ramen according to the package directions and drain well.
In a pan, heat up the butter over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes. When the garlic is soft, stir in the brown sugar and soy sauce.
Add the drained noodles to the sauce and toss to coat. Push the noodles to one side of the pan.
Turn the heat up and add the lightly beaten egg to the pan. Scramble until set.
Enjoy hot topped with everything bagel spice.

First cook eggs, set aside. In same pan cook thinly sliced beef for shabu shabu then loosely shred and set aside. Then make sauce and set aside. Boil the noodles and then toss everything together in a bowl. Add onions and bagel seasoning. Easy and yum. *Also we use Trader Joe’s Squiggly noodles (Momofuku knock offs)

It's so yummy as it is, but it feels pretty basic, so you can enhance it with so many ingredients! I think even ripped surimi strips would taste pretty awesome with it. And sriracha on top. YUM?
