To make dressing, combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If using a regular blender or food processor, soak the hemp seeds for an hour or so before making the dressing. Taste and adjust salt as needed.

Mark W Fradl on 2025-01-05 (5 stars): This sauce was amazing! Found this last minute so I had to improvise - used cheap, dry Italian seasonings instead of fresh herbs, and dijon instead of whole grain because that's what I had. Also added a little nutritional yeast.
Love finding some new options so I'm not making cashew-based all the time - thanks for this!
