  1. Boil 2 eggs and the carrots for 10 minutes. Let them cool and peel the eggs.
  2. In a bowl combine minced meat, the raw egg, grated onion, parsley, breadcrumbs and spices. Mix until all ingredients are combined very well.
  3. Grease well with the oil a rectangular or a loaf pan.
  4. Extend the meat on top of a sheet of parchment paper, creating a rectangular shape. Make sure the shape is as long as the pan. Place the boiled eggs, carrots and pickles in the middle of the meat so they create a line from top to bottom.
  5. Lift the paper from both sides to roll up the meat so that it covers the eggs and the vegetables.
  6. Place the roll in the greased pan. Bake for about 1 hour or until it starts becoming brown on top. Cover with the grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with vegetables, green peas or roasted potatoes.
