Steps

  1. Seed the tomatoes by cutting open then removing the seeds and juices. Discard and cut the tomatoes into small dice. Add to a medium bowl.
  2. Add chopped onion, and jalapeno. Stir in lime juice and salt. Let sit 10 to 20 minutes before serving for flavors to combine.
  3. Just before serving stir in cilantro.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
