Romaine & butter lettuce; diced ham steak - no turkey or roast beef; aged white cheddar - no Swiss. I did not seed the English cucumber. I served each salad in the same presentation as the whole salad with option of good-quality store-bought Thousand Island or Blue Cheese. An easy but lovely dinner for us without all the cooking and clean-up. Thank You!
