- carrots (1/2 cup) 
- celery (1 cup)
- dill pickles (1/4 cup)
- apple (1)
- dates (6)

Dressing:
- greek yogurt (3/4 cup)
- olive oil (2 tbsp)
- dijon mustard (1 tsp)
- garlic (1 tsp)
