Mughlai Paratha
- 1st Prepare Stuffing: 3 Eggs, Chopped Onion & Chilli, Bread Crumbs, Cooked Chicken Keema & Salt
- Mix Them Well
- Keep It Aside & Prepare Dough
- All Purpose Flour 1 Cup, Pinch Of Salt & Sugar, Oil, Water As Required
- Now Knead Them Well & Give It Good Rest For 30 Minutes
- Then Roll It Evenly, We Need Thin Layer Of Paratha
- Pour Stuffings Into Middle Of It
- Wrap It Well
- Deep Fry Each Side On Medium Heat
- Then, Cut Into Pieces & Enjoy
- Serve It With Dum Aloo
- First, Temper Cumin, Bay Leaf, Dry Chilli
- Then Add Crush Ginger, Garlic & Chilli
- Add Onion Slices & Potato
- Cook Them Well Until Potatoes become Soft
- Then add Chopped Tomato & Chilli
- Mixture Of Dry Spices (Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Corriander Powder mix with Water)
- Cook Them Well, Until Oil Seperates
- Then Pour Some Water & Kasuri Methi
- Serve It With Paratha & Enjoy
