Cottage Cheese Pizza Base ππ₯
This one was a F*CK! Definitely worth a try for yourself. I made a few changes which you Iβll list below.
The recipe π
β 210g cottage cheese 4 percent (7.4 oz)
β 2 large eggs
β 30g all purpose flour (1.1 oz) I used baking flour for better base
β 1 tsp Italian seasoning
β Β½ tsp garlic powder
β 110g shredded mozzarella (4 oz) (I used light mozzarella)
β 120g pizza sauce (4.3 oz)
β Your toppings of choice (I used 20g pepperoni)
π₯£ Method:
1. Mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth, add flour, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder then mix well
2. Spread on a lined tray
3. Bake at 200C or 400F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden
4. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings, bake for another 8 to 10 minutes until melted
5. Slice and enjoy
