Essentially an incredibly simple soup of coriander and garlic, thickened with stale bread and finished with an egg. I think it’s traditionally made with water, but using chicken broth gives it a wonderfully nourishing depth for these cold winter days. It couldn’t be simpler to make and god it was good! I wolfed mine down, highly recommend you give it a go!".
