With Indian food, on veggie burgers, with eggs, on wings, on tacos - anything!! The best tip for chutneys in general that I learned from my mom is to not add any water so that it lasts a long time in the fridge and you don't have to worry about it going bad. I promise it will still blend if you just start with your lemon juice and tomatoes at first and then add the rest of the ingredients! Recipe below and vid on my Reels! // INGREDIENTS // - 1 bunch cilantro, stems cut off - 1 medium tomato, quartered - Half an onion, quartered - 3 garlic cloves - Half a lemon - 8 green chilies (+/- based on your heat preference, I used 8 birds eye chili and it came out super spicy which I enjoy) - Salt to taste - (optional) A few fresh mint leaves or around 1tsp homemade ground mint powder (store bought won't be nearly as good) // RECIPE // 1️⃣ Blend the juice of half a lemon and your tomatoes first 2️⃣ Add the rest of your ingredients and blend until it reaches the consistency you like 3️⃣ Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for a few months or until you run out! #chutney #greenchutney #veganeats #healthyrecipes #easyrecipes @thekitchn @thefeedfeed #feedfeed #feedfeedvegan @thefeedfeed.vegan @buzzfeedtasty @tastyvegetarian #thewayweeat @bestofvegan #bestofvegan #indianfood #indianfoodbloggers".
