When I don’t have heavy cream at home I make a similar version with all the other ingredients in the recipe but use a bit more pasta water + a handful of grated Parm at the end when I’m tossing the pasta into the sauce!! (Cheese + pasta water is a great way to make a sauce creamy without using heavy cream 🙌🏼)".
