90K likes, 110 comments - dianaconforti.fit on March 2, 2024: "Chicken Stir Fry Recipe (56g protein) • Chicken: Season 6 chicken thighs (about 100g each) with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp chilli flakes. Rub in the seasoning until all are evenly coated. Place your chicken thighs into the airfryer at 390F for 15-20mins or until crispy. Once fully cooked, cut the chicken into strips. To a pan, add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil on medium-high heat. Add in 1/2 red onion (chopped) and stir it around until it starts to become translucent. Add in 2 garlic cloves (minced/chopped) and incorporate it with your oil and onion. Add in a bunch of broccolini (chopped in small pieces), 2 carrots (chopped in small pieces, and 2 red bell peppers (sliced in thin pieces). Continue to let the veggies cook on medium-high heat (adding some more extra virgin olive oil if needed). Add 1/4 cup spicy chilli thai sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 2-3 tbsp of honey. Let the veggies cook in the sauce on a simmer until the veggies reach your desired texture (this was about 5-7mins for me since I like my veggies to still be a bit crispy). Add in your chicken strips for the last 1-2mins of cook time. Add your veggie stir fry onto some rice and pour any excess sauce from the pan onto your stir fry. Enjoy šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³šŸ¤ŒšŸ»šŸ’‹".
