A go-to, shiny mirror glaze recipe can be a great way to finish off a dessert and these are great recipes to try out and play around with! I still have the photo on my phone, from when I tried to make it for the first time and ended up with a thick, jelly like mess because I had no idea about using gelatin or what temperature to glaze at! The goal with a mirror glaze is just to have a really nice thin layer so it doesn’t overtake the whole dessert! I’ve got the full recipes up on my website, just click the link in my bio. I have to admit I messed up the spider web a smidgeeee because I bought the wrong colouring and so last minute, I whacked some white cocoa butter in it, which is definitely not correct but I semi got away with it 😂".
