Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic (, minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 stalks green onion
- 3 (15 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 avocado (, peeled and diced)
- 3 oz. Cotija cheese, finely crumbled ((or Feta cheese))
- 1 handful cilantro leaves (, chopped)
Steps
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, salt and chili powder. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
