2 teaspoons olive oil
6 cups fresh spinach
¼ teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon

Preheat a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add the olive oil, spinach, salt, pepper and garlic and cook until spinach begins to wilt – about 3-5 minutes.
